A free spirit, creator and founder of Learn-To-Make-Jewellery.Com, I am a mother, an adventurer and collector of people. During my world travels, I have worked at many places under many different circumstances. All of this experience has introduced me to the most interesting friends, opened my eyes to the importance of the interconnectedness of the entire planet, and continues to influence my designs.
I have not, however, in any way limited myself to the jewellery industry; when I was 14 I won 1st place at the Kiwanis Festival tap dancing in a trio for Peacock School of Dance. (Everyone has to have their claim to fame!) As well as tap, I still enjoy many forms of dance and have tried over the years: ballet, jazz, Hawaiian, belly dancing, and salsa! Along those same lines, I enjoyed baton at the Peacock School of Dance, which has let to my current passion – Poi! If you don’t know what this is, check out Playpoi. Nick Woolsey is one of the loveliest Poi spinners in the world, and by far the best Poi teacher in the known universe!
As well as selling my jewellery at all the most exciting festivals and fairs, I can often be found with a hand in the floral industry as a floral designer, enjoying yet another community project with my volunteer work, or at the beach!
